In a preamble to its articles, the Adoma Corporate Foundation wished to underline values which it considers to be essential and which form the structure of its commitment. In this way Adoma is stressing its pledge to the values of democracy, solidarity, non-religious principles and to the respect of personal integrity and individual freedom.

In addition to this, projects presented to Adoma should fulfil those criteria detailed in the rules of procedure in order to be submitted to the Board. Conforming to the general interest, such as it is defined in the articles, is, of course, always required, but a common reference point is also compulsory, as important in the project’s end product as in its management. This last should also be drawn up for the long-term and be integrated into a programme planned by the entrepreneurs, who still have to participate in funding. Finally, help with investment is encouraged.
